From my experience, GOG has by far the best version of Dungeon Siege and its sequel. This also holds true for Rune.

Though close, I'd say that Dawn of War 1 and 2 are better overall on GOG especially with the recent release and integration of the second game. Those cheevos are looking mighty nice!
