I recently visited the site of dgVoodoo to download it for setting it up with zeus on steam and noticed they have banner saying.

Partnership with GOG has begun!

You can expect releases of old DirectX titles being more compatible with modern Windows operating systems, powered by dgVoodoo!

Is this a recent tie up ? or there are already any games on gog that is using dgVoodoo?

I love dgVoodoo specially to use on old games on steam because it enables the use of steam overlay and games that instacrash on launch when played on windows 10 actually run when using dgVoodoo.

Just another empty unfulfilled promise from GOG, I'd assume. They're good at that.

That's been up for many months now -- possibly more than a year.

I can't say which releases here (if any) it's been incorporated into, though. I assume there are some, but they just haven't been publicized (just like they don't publicize which games use DOSbox).

DOSbox isn't a big deal though, as most likely the game files are just as they were.
But when GOG uses ScummVM, they don't bundle the original game exe, which really should be noted somewhere. Without the original exe customers don't have the option to use DOSbox anymore, but with games bundled with DOSbox they can still choose to use ScummVM.

Some games, like Sam & Max Hit the Road have the description "This game is powered by ScummVM", but not all games with ScummVM have that.

Again, I don't think we know for sure that "nothing has happened" in this regard.
Also, this partnership announcement didn't even occur on GOG, but on the relatively obscure website of the utility's developer. Not sure that would help promote sales (though his link to GOG is an affiliate link, so it'll help him out a little).
