All of the linux download links for my games 404. I opened a support ticket about being unable to install a recent purchase and got told the servers were down and to give them time. Its annoying that this is affecting ONLY the linux downloads - the windows downloads work fine.

While stuff happens and I am generally pretty understanding, its ridiculous that a company of GOG's size and experience doesnt have backups and cant provide me with the file for the game i just PURCHASED. If I had known the linux files were MIA, I wouldn't have purchased from GOG. I wouldn't have this problem with Steam, for example.

It isn't affecting only Linux downloads - it's affecting a random (?) mix of all downloads - though which ones can vary by region. I've seen many reports about it affecting Mac downloads, and even the Galaxy installer. Something seriously broke in the pipeline of getting files to the CDN servers. It sucks, and I imagine many GOG engineers are working overtime during the weekend to get it fixed, but given the massive amount of data involved, fixing it will necessarily take a not-insignificant amount of time.

Yeah it's not just Linux, but macOS and Windows too. I can't download dozens of games in my library right now.
GOG staff are on holiday so yeah maybe don't expect your downloads to be available for the next week or so.
Happy to report problem is solved now
Still experiencing the issue here, though some games do work again.
