I bought the Larry Collection and instaled on my Mac.
When I start Larry 2 for example, its only open in a small window on the left of my monitor.
How can I get the game full Screen?

Would be nice if anybody help..

I believe it's option-return (hold down the option key and press the return key)

EDIT: Alternately (although it's a bit more work) install the full version of SCUMMVM (https://www.scummvm.org/downloads/) and add the game to it so when you play you can resize the window to whatever size you want by dragging the corner. (The GOG version of this game uses a smaller standalone version of SCUMMVM anyway, but the full version has more features).
