I feel a lot better about having only 300 plus games at this point (168 on GOG and the rest on other platforms) and having completed 20. Was contemplating getting a ryzen 5000 but it is not a priority.

I lost my job during covid. Will stick to my 1660ti and the accompanying ryzen 7 for now.

I am more tempted to get the new m1 macbook air, given its efficency and casual gaming prowess.

I am fairly fit and look better than some of the matinee idols in my country. Will slow down on the tech and focus on getting married this year. Gaming is no longer that much of a priority. Leading a vicarious existence never has been.

2010 GOG games at the moment. When I reach 2020, I guess I can buy only one GOG game per year after that.

I am married and have kids too, so in that sense it is ok for me to buy and own many games.
I don't like to brag.

But ....... by any measure of the stick, what I have is very large. :)

Last time I checked, it took 7 midgets and a white elephant 93 minutes to bring my Games Box (Treasure Chest) up from the basement. Of course, I could have just gone down and checked there instead ... but where's the fun in that?

Anyway, according to GOG, I have 1079 games in their Library. Of those, just over 90 are some form of demo or prologue etc.

Last count, I also had the following games elsewhere ... most of which were freebies. 2020 has especially been a good year.

586 listed entries at Steam.
401 downloaded from Itch.io ... but I have many hundreds more I haven't downloaded yet from that Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality.
168 listed at Epic.
129 downloaded from IndieGala.
183 at Microsoft.
93 downloaded from Game Giveaway Of The Day.
31 downloaded from the Humble Store.
27 at Big Fish Games.
22 at Ubisoft.
Plus a numerous bunch from a variety of other places ... not forgetting heaps I also have on disc.

Not that many really, but it does keep growing, and should keep me entertained for a while.

P.S. Some games are duplicated in one or more places.

P.S.S. The white elephant is called Snowy ... and she loves her midgets. ;)

My current GOG collection is at 353 games which I feel is quite a lot of games - I usually feel spoilt for choice - but I've seen users reviewing games with collections in the thousands!

The last games I bought were the Sherlock Holmes series from Frogwares, Silent Hill 4, Spellforce 1 & 2, Mafia 1 & 2, Silent Hill 4, Alone In The Dark: The New Nightmare, Theme Hospital, Shadowrun Returns, Shadowrun Dragonfall, Shadowrun Hong Kong, Darkest Dungeon, The Witcher 3 GOTY Edition, The Talos Principle, Tomb Raider 1+2+3+Chronicles+The Last Revelation.

I think my collection will inevitably grow as there's always giveaways and I usually buy a game or two from time to time, sometimes I spoil myself with a spending spree too but that's not very often lol. I honestly usually try to get most games on sale, but sometimes I'll just bite the bullet and pay full price if I'm desperate for that game lol.
I own a total of 549 computer games in total. My collection goes as far back as 1981 to this very day. These are the games I either purchased or were available for free though they are retail.

Never got into consoles so all of my games are computer based.

I also have a folder of freeware games that is near 200+ games big.

I own 12 Android games that came from Humble Bundle and itch.io but these are the mobile versions of desktop games.
