Sir.Tomato: if you like the artstyle, this is a game you will probably like.
I usually don't care about graphics, except for them being functional. This is somewhat reminiscent (but thankfully not enough) of Hyper Light Drifter though, which I didn't like the look of at all. Too hard to tell the difference between walls/borders and interactive/inactive stuff. It being a pixel game has nothing to do with it.

I care about gameplay. What you can do.

Oh, I just thought of another question. Quite important too. Does it play better with a controller than M&KB?
(I'd hate to think it suffers from consolitis..)

KB+M all the way. I heard complaints on gamepad support.

Thanks!
I don't begrudge people being able to play with controllers, it just shouldn't affect a PC game release to the degree that it becomes a negative.
I really like this game. It is true that the development of it is taking a long time, which scares many buyers, but it has enough potential and it is a lot of fun to play. I only hope that this year or the beginning of the next they will get the final version ready. I didn't know that one could skip the sleeping time.

Vendor-Lazarus: Snip
You got already answer to the controller question. Just one last advice. Check a review of the game, since the focus is not farming if thats is what you are looking for. There are farming mechanics, but far less developed than stardew. Kynseed is more of rpg and management game. Just last advice :).
