Are you guys going to get Kingdoms of Amalur Re Reckoning here on September 8?

No info yet but very, very likely since it's THQ Nordic and Kaiko already have their Darksiders remaster, Red Faction Guerilla Remaster and Legend of Kay remaster here so what's stopping it.

We rarely have concrete info about upcoming games here except for a few.

Chances are good as THQ/Nordic has been a good supporter of GOG, but again nothing has been confirmed yet.
The original Amalur still looks very good, and it's kinda fun even if it does feel like a single player MMO. I'm still hyped although a pc upgrade is slowly becoming more and more mandatory for me.
Whats happening on Sep 8th? THQ Nordic really need to confirm...
This would be awesome, if it happens!

i would consider buying one since the weird draw distance accidents happening everywhere, which i find a deal breaker, spend over a 100 hours into the game, without expansions so on the other hand i might pass on ... knowing the game to well, I only play baldurs gate once a two year or sorts, most story games tend to grow boring though atm i'm doing my pretty best with mass effect andromeda ( at 115 hours and still going strong ) but that is really not the point here now is it??

to the OP

i might jump in straight away, that said, there are a lot of releases i'm looking forward too and outside great combat i don't feel the game has a lot more to offer for someone who knows the story fairly well

I would love to see a confirmation too. I have the retail version still and I enjoyed playing it. So would get it here if it shows up. Nostalgia sure has a powerful influence lol.

THQ has done a remaster of it. And it will include all the expansions and DLC content. They have also created a new expansion for the game coming out in 2021. The remaster claims it did a lot of bug fixing and updated graphics and enhanced gameplay..
I remember the original having good combat and interesting lore but being incredibly padded and MMO like in its quest design, which made it super boring. I doubt they improve that for the remaster, so... meh. Maybe someday in a sale, when I feel like a grindy game.
I'm hoping KOA:Re-Reckoning has more difficulty modes, re-balancing, or something - b/c the original game out-the-box on its hardest setting was too easy; especially if you did tons of side quests.

You can get really overpowered really fast in this game.
Damn fine game with a story by R.A. Salvatore so yes, will probably get it if I can afford it.
