I unlinked all my other accounts e.g Steam/egs but my games from there still display on galaxy. How to remove tham?
I don't use galaxy, but i'd assume right-click and see if there's a 'remove' option?

There's an option to hide the game, not remove. I want them off altogether.

Display where? Under installed, owned, etc?

I don't think I've ever added a non-gog game to galaxy but...

By default I think games installed via Galaxy go here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games

So if you moved/deleted the game folder from there I think it will disappear from Galaxy.

I'll try that.

The folder is empty. When you integrate with other platforms, it's like a cloud service that draws meta data or some such. It's probably something to do with the cache.

WeekEndRōnin: The folder is empty.
Then maybe uninstall galaxy (check C:/users/[username]/AppData/Local/GOG.com/ is wiped) and reinstall.

Got this from the gog support page:

"Sometimes, it may be necessary to “re-connect’ the integration before you will be able to Disconnect."

Worked for my egs games, they are gone now. Gonna try to remove the other platforms games now.

Thanks for the help both of you.

OPs trying to remove Steam/EGS integration games, not installed GOG games.

which is likely just an entry in Galaxy saying where to run the game from, and not much else... And it can only exist there if you manually added it. (or used some script that added it)

My point was that it's certainly not going to be in "C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games" or any other custom GOG game install directory lol.

Such an entry would be either in %ProgramData%\GOG.com\Galaxy\ or %LocalAppData%\GOG.com\Galaxy. Not where GOG games are installed.

I would not recommend whacking anything there though, because many settings are unloaded to the cloud. Integrations and their cache should be removed gracefully.

If the game was added manually, you can go to it's page and select "remove from library" on the top right.

Games added through integrated platforms can not be removed, I think.

Thanks for this, this worked to clean out my handful of clingy Xbox games that were lingering in the cloud.

Apologies for bumping a ten month old thread but when I websearched "remove non gog games from gog galaxy" this was the first result.
