I changed the first setup file to an .exe file so it will run, what do I need to do with the second and third file:
setup_metal_of_honor_2..0.21-1.bin and setup_metal_of_honor_2.0.0.21-2.bin?

Nothing. Just run the .exe file and make sure the two .bin files are in the same folder. The game should then install.

*edit* What do you mean, you 'changed the first setup file to an .exe file'? It should be an .exe file anyway.

Download the three parts on the left side to the same location then click on the .exe file and it will unpack data from the two .bin files. No renaming no nothing.
