These are webcomics with stick figure art from maybe a decade ago. There is a video-gamey element in a very crude choose your own adventure way, or press space to win way. I've only looked at one of the Paint adventures and have read a few pages of Prequel, which is by a different person who was inspired by Homestruck. When it was being made, the author was letting commenters suggest actions for the MC to undertake.

Either way, they're simple and some may find them not worth their time, but I'd never heard of them so I'm mentioning them for you to check out. Something different on the main forum page at least.

Homestuck? It stank. Got too lost it's own bum in a recursive plot. At least artists like Toby Fox emerged from that mess.
