Hideo Kojima
Okay keep in mind that I haven't played any of the Metal Gear Solid games but... imagine a MGS villain named SHADOW MANTIS, who is that ninja. He is like any other ninja except he is only visible in the shadows, so boss fights with this villain got a gimmick with the way to beat him is to make sure he stays in the shadows of the area where you fight him. Also did I mention he is half-cyborg with Mantis-parts? That's right, he is half-Mantis but as a cyborg!

submit where/how?
Codename: Bookface
Special skills: Espionage- despite being blatantly evil, for some reason people feel compelled to share everything they do and think with him so that he can keep a record of it forever, then use that information to help the shadowy conspiracies manipulate them.

(Forget MGR:R's storyline)
A few years after MGS4

Raiden trying to live a peaceful life post MGS4 is finding it very difficult to settle into being a normal citizen. Over the next few years he slowly starts to have a series of mental breakdowns (caused by PTSD from all of his life traumas) that causes issues for his family due to the violent nature of these episodes. Raiden ends up in a mental facility for an extended period of time. During this time, one of the workers approaches him who seems to be very suspicious. This man claims that "They" have been watching him for a while now. They have a private meeting that we the audience is unable to hear all the details of. Later on we see Raiden leaving the facility.

Raiden shows up to his home to the surprise of his son and Rose. He kidnaps his son and leaves to an unknown location.

Rose contacts Otacon & Snake about what's happened to Raiden. They are unable to track him down unfortunately...

Years later they recieve a transmission from Raiden, he tells them that all of their previous efforts to destroy the patriots were in vain. As the events of MGS4 happened there was already a contingency plan in the works should the patriots fall and Raiden joining them was the catalyst to move from preparation to action.

He reintroduces himself as Mad Mongoose and his son is revealed to be Raging Robin as the transmission ends.

In comes Sunny who announces herself as "Doku Viper" (Doku= japanese for venom to reference otacon who is a weeb, and Viper to reference Snake of course... who else?) who has been trained by Snake and Otacon to become a tech savvy super soldier who will take on the new evil that has been revealed.

Metal Gear Solid 6: The Shell-Shocked Soldier

TL;DR

Raiden becomes the villain and adopts the name Mad Mongoose while working for the newest group that was orchestrated by the patriots before they were ended.

Reverend Ophidian Nyoka - ruler of Zanzibarland when Big Boss first arrives. Uses the local grown drugs as mind control, she is very tall and slender, and has two katana like blades (one shocks, one poison/mind control). Been trained in CQC like Boss but more athletic and flexible like a trained acrobatic artist. She has a puppet President and General that she uses for military power and has developed early tech to create modified soldiers with modified body suits and armor.
I'd like to join this contest. My entry is below. Can't wait to read everyone else's ideas. :D

Villain Name: Vapor Snake

In Metal Gear Solid 6, Vapor Snake is the disembodied ghost of Liquid Snake who had previously inhabited Revolver Ocelot creating Liquid Ocelot but when Old Snake killed Liquid Ocelot in Metal Gear Solid 4, only the Ocelot part of Liquid Ocelot died. Liquid survived by putting his consciousness into aerial nanomachines. Not content with his original name, he takes on the moniker of Vapor Snake to better describe his new form. These new flying nano machines are so small not even the human eye can see them rendering Vapor invisible to the naked eye. Vapor Snake's abilities allow him to invade and control any corporeal being by attaching his nanomachines onto the cerebral cortex of the host. He can also combine the nanomachines together to become anything imaginable effectively giving him shapeshifting abilities. Being a machine also means he can interact with other machines and gain complete control over them including but not limited to the devastating Metal Gears.

Filled with rage over his brother killing him (again), Vapor Snake sets off on a new quest for revenge against Solid Snake who is also known as Old Snake but is now so old by MGS6 he is now called Grandpa Snake. Vapor Snake's plan is to control all the world's Metal Gears and form them together using nanomachines to create Super Metal Gear Genesis to defeat his ancient brother once and for all. But he has a weakness for Vapor Snake is now a machine, he is also susceptible to computer viruses. The Patriots (La-li-lu-le-lo) unknowingly inject Grandpa Snake with a nanomachine virus that will shut down Vapor Snake's nanomachines effectively killing him. Once Grandpa Snake gets within sneezing distance to just one of Vapor Snake's nanomachines, then that will send a viral chain reaction to all of Vapor's nanomachines killing him once and for all. Also, the injection happens to have the neat side effect of de-aging Grandpa Snake into his younger former self changing his name to Super Smooth Snake.
As someone who knows absolutely nothing about Metal Gear, this thread reads like a Get High As Fuck contest :D
I'm joining this contest. My entry is below. Love reading everyone else's ideas. :D

Ok, picture this.... Maj. Gen. Valen (codename: Rogue Stallion)

Appearance is a cross between Ocelot (MGS 1 & 3) & Skull-Face (MGS V), long tan overcoat & boots (Irvine Kinneas of FF VIII), outback hat (Wild Bill of G.I. Joe). He has a trusty steed name Black Mustang made from nanomachines & hard steel at his beck and call while packing a huge firearm collection. His weapon of choice is akimbo Colt.45s (i.e. the closest style of Texas Ranger Tribute) with walkie talkie on his belt for reinforcement / firearm aid. His ultimate power is an EMP style shockwave of lightning he can draw out as his final move. The tradeoff being his right eye is left blind for a short period of time. The origin of his power came from a war-torn battle somewhere in the fictional middle east, a small town was left barren due to a seismic EMP blast that left his right eye heavily scarred. After many years passed from the war, Valen traveled back to the US as a battle-hardened war-hero and given the rank of Major General.

I can honestly say, I had a lot of fun coming up with this. I wish everyone else good luck in this giveaway too!

Hi! This way I would like to enter the competition.

Villain name: Cryptic

Backstory: Bread by the Patriots to seize control of the new digital age, Nathan Bowers was a prodigy for everything digital. His unmatched hacking prowess allowed him to hack and manipulate anything that was connected to a now almost worldwide network. He was born with Osteogenesis imperfecta disorder which made his bones brittle so he was forced spend his life encased in an exoskeleton he created which gave him almost unlimited access to any digital device as well as giving him mobility. He would exploit an early version of the system Liquid would use in the future to control the PMCs, to issue orders and affect minds of his personal army of hi-tech soldiers.

To keep it short, Cryptic would fight Solid Snake sometime after the events of MGS2. Because he is this hacking prodigy, Solid Snake would have to revert back to old techniques of sneaking and infiltration like Big Boss had to do in MGS3, so Solid would have to rely on his instincts and abilities to sneak around and fight Cryptic's armies without using almost any advanced tech.

To think I used to do this for days as a kid obsessed with MGS, imagining new plots for MGS games I thought would exist.

Imanok:
A mysterious organization that overshadows the whole of the series. Moreso than the La Lu Le Li Lo, Their leaders, a mysterious cabal of Japanese businessmen aim less for the amusement of the world, but profiteering from the war state. Having chased snakes from their midst and even banishing men of godlike ability, vampire hunters, and astronauts from their organization, they now have their sights set on further things.
