Hi people from GOGtopia, just found this on Twitter and looks awesome to tell the truth, it's a source port so you will need t add your "legitimate obtained ROM that you must create from you own copy" ;)
Here is the link: https://github.com/open-goal/jak-project
And here are the twits courtesy of @SteveBH_:
Daaaamn, these decomps are getting insane!
JAK AND DAXTER PC PORT!!! Nope, not even kidding. Litterally Jak 1, running natively on PC. And it's got some new options in the menu too!
Jak II/3 is next.

So, to get this to work, just download the release from the github link on the tweet. Releases are on the right side of the page. Then drag and drop your Jak and Daxter rom onto extractor.exe, and boom! That's it! Then gk.exe is the one you use to open it.
Also, this will only work if your CPU supports AVX. If it doesn't, extractor.exe will just open, and immediately close and not do anything. I hope they remove this restriction in the future. I had to use someone else's PC to get it running, because my own CPU doesn't support it.
They're also working on a Launcher thingy, so you can do the whole process through a proper GUI.
