seppelfred: You can prefer whatever you want to. I just had a problem with the word "usually", because it's not true. "Partially" would've been the better choice. ;)

madth3: Quick test:
In the Humble store I can filter games by DRM, when I choose "DRM-Free" it results in 58 pages of games. When I select "Steam" it shows 216 pages of games.

Yep, "partially" seems ok. Perhaps even a little optimistic. ;-)
Yesterday I clicked on the best selling tag at the Humble Store, and I found lots of games on the first 10 pages DRM-only that are DRM-free here. A lot of recent releases like Tyranny or Silence, or Shadow Warrior 2 for example aren't available DRM-free over there.

Things you wish GOG had that itch.io has?
The ability for anybody to release their game on it, and set to the shop's provision as a percentage of the sale price. And the "pay what you want" scheme.

I rate itch.io #1 for having all of that.
Itch.io always struck me as being a poor man's Desura.

...and now Desura is the poor man's Desura.
