They enabled again Connect just today since months..
You are in queue because a ton of users are trying it and Steam allows limited tries per day (or something).

Eh? I meant that:
1- you probably tried Connect for nothing in the past weeks (poor explanation & error messages by Gog)
2- you have to just re-try it in these days every N hours.
3- contact support if it never works.
