It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I got a reply from them once. I sent them a few emails about not being able to log in for a week, finally figured it out on my own (an update had failed), and told them that. Two months later, I received an email from them saying they were happy for me. Ha!

De4thstroke: It doesn't seem there is a way. And I find that, really fucking shitty of Steam. And this makes me appreciate GOG more. When it comes to GOG, I can easily get in touch with a human being for support.
Steam support never replied to ANY of my requests, they did however replied to my friend regarding Borderlands 2 pre-order (mine was again ignored). Apparently you are in same situation with constant ignoring. But i can't comprehend what exactly are you looking for creating this thread. Compassion maybe. Not that any of us know real name and contact info for Steam tech support team.

There's no 'Hi, my name is Jeff. Can I help you?' chat support or anything like that, just a ticket/email system. Those things do get answered by real people, though depending on the issue you'll often get a c/p answer. That's just how high volume support works.

What is actually wrong with your wishlist? It went through a lot of changes recently it seems.

Not used Steam support for many years. I have had response from real people in the past, after jumping through many hoops, but they we're of little use. Anything that requires actual work they don't want to deal with it.

Come on, unless things have dramatically changed, Steam is pitifully understaffed for its customer base. Every other company of similar customer base can deal with support issues faster and more reliably than Steam

I remembered that there might be a method to this madness.. something.. something.. but for the life of me, I can't remember what it is. In the meanwhile, try using a different browser if you need to add or remove games from your wishlist. Also, the good old fashioned "clear your cache and cookies" might just do the trick. Make sure you have things like flash updated. And tone down on disabling web functionality for the moment to see if it helps.
I found a way to contact a real person. I had to try out a bunch of different options(jump through a bunch of hoops). The whole experience sucked.

No, now he's found a way to talk to them he's still got to wait days/weeks/months to get a reply which might be of no use what so ever and be more frustrating than the process of finding a person to talk to.

They did make changes over the years, mostly to reduce the amount of tickets coming in. For instance they removed the Steam Inventory Gift system heavily reducing scams/fraud/resales. Requiring mobile authenticator for trades also dramatically reduced the amount of hijacks which was up to ~77k hijacks a month.

For transparency they also have a Steam Support stats page where you can see for yourself what the rough response times are over recent time.

http://store.steampowered.com/stats/support

(last 24 hours, type/nr of requests/avg time for response)
Refund Requests 95,188 52.20 minutes to 2.90 hours
Account Security & Recovery 23,857 9.83 hours to 2.35 days
Game & Steam Technical Support 2,607 3.53 hours to 1.25 days
Purchase & Billing Support 2,272 2.42 hours to 16.72 hours
