Just in case, of course... Is it there?
Probably have to search the internet.

Not from gog. Some devs might make and offer patches independent from stores & launchers on their homepage. But I don't think many will do so in these day & age.
No there isnt . You account identifies what games you have purchased (plus any freebies) from GOG -- all the files and patches for those gamesare available through your account only. Yes you could probably search internet, but no other websites could legally host GOG game files without their permission.
And GOG would not allow access outside of an account to generic files that depend on purchased files, because of ethical concerns...

As others have said - no. In the overwhelming number if not all cases, the GOG version of a game is either built specific to GOG, or is packaged specific to GOG. There might possibly be the odd game out there where the publisher provides patches on their website that work with the GOG installed version of the game but it would be a rare exception and have problems of its own.

As such, the only legal way to get authentic patches for GOG games is directly from GOG, and that involves logging into your account either through the web browser, Galaxy, GOG Downloader, or one of the third party tools such as gogrepo.py or lgogdownloader which can log into GOG as well.

Yes and it's called piracy.
Sure, they can build versions for GOG. they can build patches for GOG. they can build a patch for the guy in this account in GOG. _I_ can make a version of any code, package it as code and give that guy under specs his own patch in his own account in GOG. And there is no other way he can get that patch without going the particular account. Unless, of course, you manage two accounts and make file comparisons between files downloaded through each account and they do not realize the linked purchases, or _late_ purchases. And if it is not them may be an interloper, no way to get the same patches anonymously. I ve had games changing behaviour on a same system, then unrecoverable in the next OS version, and the companies gone. In short EVERY, SINGLE, GAME, OR, COMPANY, I, HAVE. EVER, CONSIDERED, FAVORITE, IS, GONE. Or was gone before these recovery efforts and it is still not the same. I just have an African homeless in utter madness and dementia in this McDonalds discussing with the African womonster who cleans the floor that this is NOT A CASINO, so they have the right to seize my machine and not let me come back. I am trying to get some fun with Sorcerer King, an already patched version for which I downloaded a patch that I do not know if it did anything or not.

DEAD

BORING

I COULD HAVE JUST LOST MY COMPUTER FALLING ASLEEP WITH THE UTTER BOREDOM OF THIS GAME. I will still play and finish it, though, though it is programmed with feet rather than hands and PATCHED. I can conceive a boring down patch for any or most games. Some people would do it. But anyway, it is not a big issue, I will mistrust games with updates and hope no one tried to make the game less entertaining and distributed a level of versions according to the size of the toad buying this casino like... BOOK.
