I tried 2 games I got through GOG both older ones using DOS Box as part of the GOG install.

They run but if I Alt + Tab out of it for any reason then try to Alt + Tab back, the window is shrunk to 1/5th the full size and cannot be restored.

Alt + Enter, while having the game window in focus, should(?) switch it back to full screen.
