Tallima: I think I may just get it. I like crappy games, dnd, and multilayer stuff. Sounds like it could be fun for me.
Go for it. I was actually surprised how much fun I had with it during a steam free weekend a long time ago.

You've reminded me to re-add it to my wish list.
Sorry for the necro, but SCL will be soon removed from Steam, so now is probably the last chance to buy it.

While we're here, I'm curious what Tallima thought of it.
So many red flags. Never heard of this game and it has an overall mixed rating. It's being removed from stores, and as far as I can tell, the game is built around multiplayer. The game uses third party servers and to play it you need a third party account. As a last chance to get some sales they're making a promise that the multiplayer servers will stay up forever... Really? Forever?
seems like it's a solid game that got lambasted by purists and elitists and the fact that it launched close to Divinity Original Sin.

I probably wouldn't bother what with the account requirement and a level of dependency on private servers which is unknown to me, but in this case I might grab it because of the aforementioned situation. shame that a decent game got crushed under its own license, if that's what happened (that's not what happened with BFII. my thoughts the same way just now). fuck EA fuck maybe DICE at this point
