I made a support ticket like 14 days ago and the only follow up was a something that is automated and that was it , It says it's still open.

From scuttlebutt support is overloaded so it may take a bit of time for your ticket to get answered.
You can reply to the follow-up and in the process bump it up again.
I usually forget I had a ticket by the time they respond 8D

It’s been GOG excuse for years already.
They should admit that their support team is understaffed.

Gog support broke the record a few weeks ago, when they came back to me with a reply after a whole month. I bet they still blame it on the Chinese flu.

First i would like to thank those of you who replied ,I was feeling a bit alienated by the lack of feedback regarding the issue i've been having ,but at least you guys are here

Still no response from support ,I guess they don't want my business as i can't buy anything with the card i use and no i want to use that one and that method ,20 something days and counting.

I guess i'll have to make purchases elsewhere like i've been doing.

I can't use either of my cards here or they get frozen. Some banks just automatically refuse to transfer, leading to a freeze, probably the same for you.
I use paypal and don't have any issues.
That is odd, I've never had a ticket go more than 5 days at most.

I would suggest contacting a Blue on the forum like ponczo_ they are normally good at finding and expediting tickets.
well still nothing ,contacted a blue so we'll see what happens ,in the meantime i've been getting all this delightful mail about the winter sale and deals.

It's not hard to unsubscribe if you want, just go to https://www.gog.com/account/settings/subscriptions and uncheck

As Swessy suggested, PayPal could be a good option, often is a bank or browser problem, I had this problem once and was my browser that for some reason give me problems, used my phone and problem solved.
Ok the blue never answered back and the different browser thing did not work ,I did not mind the mail i meant that i had all those sales and deals but no way to purchase anything.

Gonna unsubscribe and not bother waiting for support ,no use getting mail for stuff i can't get anyway ,thanks guys for responding see ya around.
