It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

GOG seems to be plugging some pretty major leaks at the moment. Hopefully the slow response times that people have been getting for important tickets is down to this.

Varenvel: waiting whole days despite ticket said 48 hours ago that answer will be replied shortly

i got super important topic to discuss with support and 2 days feel already too long (cant share details here sadly)
well , as said above , GOG seems to have some security issues , well ofc there are users which use passwords which are guessed too easily ....that's not a good idea at all , there are plently of tools for that (personally is use KeePass, i have only one strong password to remember)

I suggest to follow this topic : http://www.gog.com/forum/general/my_account_has_been_hacked

seems likely the same issue.

second if you use Galaxy , stop using it & use the website instead (sorry GOG, but your client seems to have issues according to the above topic linked )

third , try to contact Firek (check the above link aswell post #22) , because support seems swamped by tickets and be lucky to not suffer the chat bug which crashes firefox (i refuse to use chrome) , i have a ticket in limbo about this issue since almost one week.

well mine was 8 digits , letters and numbers but i guess in today times with better hacker processing power 12 should be standard as i am almost sure it was ether random hack , or not my side thing(GOG fault?)

GOG support takes a long time to reply. But if it makes you feel better, you should know Steam support doesn't respond any faster.

Is GOG.com the only website or service where you have used that particular password? Ever, even on some small websites where you registered and logged in once. and never re-visited?

Didn't GOG.com add some anti-brute force measures recently, one of those captcha or whatever which trigger after certain number of failed attemps, like "click on all pictures with ice cream on them" etc. (I recall seeing that confirmation once when I logged in to GOG)? Don't they work against brute-force attacks?

I'm waiting for a reaction to a support ticket from 4 months ago by now, well not really since I've given up waiting shortly after I made it.

That's least time you have waited.
Just don't issue another ticket.

Can I ask, what is with the avatar adjustments with some people here? The yellow hard hat, the yellow black bands. Is it a Fallout thing?

Nope. It's a chimp thing ;)
Sure there's support. GOG is hiring the best people fired from Steam support.

Tickets have been known to get lost in the support system. If that's the case, you'll never get an answer unless someone actively goes and looks for your ticket. I think your best bet is to PM a blue.

Did you give the bluetext your ticket number? That's what allows them to look up your message to support.
