I didn't see any Starbound in the games section of the forum so I am posting this here. I just want to know if the game Starbound is DRM free, or not. I thought everything on GOG was suppose to be DRM free. If that is the case, then why is a broadband internet connection required for the Starbound game?

To download it maybe? gog does not sends disks. I have it, it does not ask me silly stuff when starting it or requires launchers. I'll try starting it with internet cord unplugged later when I'm home and post the results.

You need it for multiplayer, but it runs just fine offline. For me anyway.
