Microsoft is trying to buy Activision/Blizzard. I can't seem to find my Tony Hawk Pro Skater pc disks, so maybe I can get digital copies that are prepatched for modern os through GoG. I am pretty sure I have heard that Activision didn't like working with GoG. Is Microsoft likely to offer older properties on GoG now? Everyone seems to assume their main goal was to get a large back catalogue for that xbox game streaming service, or something nefarious with CoD. They'd also be getting a lot of old pc games, like Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1&2, Mat Hoffman Pro BMX, possibly the snowboard and surfboard games from that series if there was a pc port, none but the skating games has been touched in years, plus tons of non "Pro X" pc games. Any chance they might dump old properties off at GoG headquarters, or even at MSN Gaming, although that doesn't seem to have a no activation login, offline download, mode anymore.
I'm just asking, as I heard Activision wasn't a fan, is Microsoft suspected of being any better?
