So long story short, it says when i try to log in the account doesnt exist, but i can search it and find it.
So December 21st i sent them a support ticket, they answered "fairly" quickly, and i gave them last 4 cc digits etc.
then nothing
i sent them like 5-6 emails to date (almost 4 months now) and they just started ignoring them
i keep getting the "we are busy currently expect some wait"

like i get if they have a lot of work, but my account is broken idk why, i have spent fair bit of money on gog, and i want to play my god damn games

When you get your account back, you should consider backing up all of the offline installers for your games.

The point of drm free (and online free) is that you can backup the installers yourself and not rely on anyone else. As for support it was mostly removed and replaced with a bot. There is a massive backlog so they will likely get round to it at some point. You could try messaging a blue here.

I've typically had to wait 5 weeks for a response, for problems that aren't critical. Your issue is urgent and your support ticket is ancient.
1. Change your privacy settings to allow messages from everyone.
2. Send a polite message with your support ticket to ponczo_
