Once you have the chainsaw, is there anything about it being from sears that prevents you from using it whenever you want?

This exclusivity hysteria started by Epic really is getting dumber by the day.

It's not that it's (timed) exclusivity of most of their deals that's the issue, it's more how they're going about it.

Nicking a game off another storefront, in which said game has been advertised for months, a few before release is not the way to do things. Add to that it's £49.99 and packed with DRM.

Epic are doing good things, but this whole thing with Metro is not one of them.

Store exclusivity and DRM are both anti-consumer practises. That doesn't mean they're one and the same thing though.

Watching the Steam die-hard fans rise up against exclusivity has been fun though.

It sure has :)
