Android is rife with piracy; the iOS market is typically more profitable despite fewer users, at least for games where you pay upfront and are not FTP garbage. Theoretically GOG could port games to iOS and sell on the App Store (like Feral Interactive does), but that's wayyyyyy outside their purview.

Wine has packages for ARM just fine. Just not for iOS because closed gardens n'at.
Really, so you've actually used WINE on ARM to play x86 Windows games? Somehow I doubt it. The reality is that you can only use it to run ARM Windows apps, so it's not actually relevant here. Remember what the "NE" part in "WINE" stands for.
