I'm pretty sure thats not possible. Some dosbox games may work on android tablets through the android version of dosbox / the dosbox app, but I dont know if thats possible with a kindle fire. Certainly wouldnt have bought the game to find out.

Edit: that is, GOG doesnt sell games for such devices, just windows / mac / linux,

The issue seems pretty obvious. Your Kindle Fire doesn't use the required operating system. Which would be Windows, as stated on the gamepage.

Just to add, as obviously a book reader isn't for games. Isn't kindle Amazon, and hence it would only be able to run Amazon DRM files?

Don't mix this up. Kindle fire is the tablet of amazon and not the ebook-reader.

There's a handful of games here that can be made to work on a tablet, but most of them won't. I had Indiana Jones working on mine for a bit. Well, except for a Samsung specific bug.
