Well, first rule of Windows club, NEVER install anything to Window folders!!
I create folders myself and install everything outside Programs Files/(x86) etc., for example c:\MyGames.
This avoids the whole UAC issues.

As for your problem specifically, I don't know if this is an issue, but why is there a space:
c:\program files (x86)\gog galaxy\ galaxyclient.exe
^
Above the arrow? There shouldn't be a space, that is odd.

Try completely removing Galaxy and then install to a folder you create on C:. Or use the support button on the website to pop a ticket into support.
