Hi,

I have the Witcher 3 game since its release last year, and I had no trouble ever using GogGalaxy. Until now. Yesterday I played for a while and then got out of the game, and some hours later I tried to play again and that messagge appear right next to the "more" button. it won¡t let me press the "play" button and I'm kind of worried, since apparently nothing has changed at all to cause this...

Any advice? I just hope my achivements don't get erased and, when Blood and Wine arrives, I can just download it just as I did with Hearts of Stone.

Do you have enough of free space on system drive & drive where TW3 is installed? Maybe your saves ate it up a bit ;)

mmm it can be... I'll try and make some space. I don't really know what it is trying to download so I don't know how much space it needs but maybe this will work. Thank you! I'll let you know if it worked

You could try going to More -> Manage - Verify/Repair in Galaxy.

That's exactly what I do and it just says at the end "Installation failed: disk access problem"
Temporarily turn off your antivirus/firewall and check again.

Nothing, this keeps appearing and then the same error messagge...

I don't think it's readable... it says "Updating. Getting file lists..." and then nothing ever gets downloaded

https://www.gog.com/support

Click game support, find Witcher 3 (your own games will be listed)
Underneath are some common solutions. if none of those match, then look to the right, under contact (or something similar), and you can submit the question to GOG support.

From my experience getting file lists may take some time. For me it was just a moment, for my friend took several minutes before files start downloading.

It takes a while and then it just says "error" or "Game corrupted" or "Installation failed: disk access problem", and everything without downloading a single file
