Just got a "ACTION NEEDED" email by newsletter @ email3 . gog . com
Trying to send me to "gog . salesmanago . com"
This sounds WILDLY wrong and I just wanted to confirm if others got similar emails about cloud saves exceeding 200mb per game or something.
Either way, I would not really care, because I dont use cloud saves actively, but this reeks of phishing.
It's legit and so is salesmanago.
Salesmanago would just redirect you to https://www.gog.com/account/cloud-saves anyway.

Ah, not only did GOG use a confusing and illegitimate sounding name service, but they even managed to fail to push the emails in a timely manner.

*sigh*
Quoting from the linked post by king_kunat:

Send-out of these emails is happening in batches to ensure a smooth experience for everyone managing their savefiles, and not strain our infrastructure.

edit:
Considering this, I wouldn't be surprise if the mailing process was on hold during the entire Summer Sale when there's already enough Shop activity to tax the servers.

It's been over a month. I wouldn't exactly call that timely. Pushing out a number of emails during each workday should have already cleared the queue, unless GOG is already on warning from several email servers.
Well, I got a mail around 2 months ago, so I wouldn't call it untimely.
