hangphyr: Are there any plans to increase the number of currencies available to purchase games in on GOG? Reading the FAQ, there is only a handful of available currencies, and the default for non-listed ones is USD. With the current economic situation, my currency (CAD) is greatly depreciated against the USD. With the current outlook on oil prices, that won't change any year soon. In fact, it'll probably get even worse as this year goes on.

Looking at my recent purchase of Darkest Dungeon, I wanted to purchase it on GOG so it would be DRM-free. However, even at the discounted launch price on GOG, it would be $28 for me here. On Steam, where they regionally price everything in local currencies, it was $22 at full non-discounted price. I'd expect Steam will beat out the price on GOG for me on absolutely everything, aside from deeply discounted sales.

This is pretty unfortunate, since I prefer DRM-free games whenever possible. I understand it would be an expensive undertaking including more currencies for purchasing games, however as it stands now I'm sure GOG has noticed sales dropping off from countries that need to purchase games in USD (or any other foreign currency right now).
