Speaking of Japan, there is laws about showing genetailia and pubic hair. They do have a lot of "normal" pornography as well, not only tentacle porn, which falls under the same laws, so it is generally censored. However, since it is censored, and there is (a lot) non-censored pornography from other contries out there, this tends to not be exported, rather just the strange / weird. So it is not the case that it do not exisit, it is just that you do not know about it.
