Well, somewhere within the license of the game (when installed from Galaxy), it says something along those lines:

"To get the Witcher 3 extra content and game updates, you have to be logged in to Galaxy".

So will the extra content, or will it not, be incorporated in the game box, in the account library shelf? Will someone require Galaxy to have the game fully updated with all extra content, or it will be completely optional??

Sorry for asking weird questions (again), but i would be really grateful getting a valid reply!

When they say extra content, they mean the upcoming DLC's and the expansions, which are not finished, and thus are not included in the physical copies of the game. It means thta If you buy a retail-copy you'll have to log-in to GOG to download these upcoming features
The soundtrack and other initial goodies are included in the box of the retail-version

Since they keep emphasizing how their client is 100% optional, it seems likely that you will be able to download all patches and goodies directly via the website, if you prefer that.

Thanks for the reply, man! I would prefer those updates to be NOT tied to Galaxy. Let's hope...
