Fogamer: I thought so, too, in the beginning, but that is not the case.

Anyway, staying logged in during a session works fine. Just the (permanent-cookie based) auto-login after your session has expired does not longer work.
Okay. I see - it was just a possibility as forcing HTTPS solved my issues with the log-in. No idea what's causing that though...
This was happening to me constantly but then I switched to HTTPS and deleted the cookies and I haven't been logged out since.
According to the website, I'm currently not logged in.
Weirdly I just started going in without logging in and I seem to still be me even though it shows I'm not logged in on the title bar...

but it's letting me post, has my favorites saved etc...

I thought it strange that I was "logged out" every time I left.

Fogamer: For some days now I have the problem that the GOG page is frequently logging me out. Nothing has changed - same browser, no cookies deleted, no "website security software" etc.

Anyone else having that issue?
I have the same issue and I had no changes in my browser or its settings.
It seems like there is some timer with a pretty short fuse which drops the login after some time which does not show until you use a link on the gog homepage and then it updates and shows you logged out.

This is now going on for weeks and it is quite annoying as I use the gog site over the day and hate to have login multiple times every day.
I've been having problems with this recently too, both on GOG.com and with the Galaxy client. GOG.com usually requres logging in every time I visit the page, sometimes a few tries before staying logged in. The Galaxy client always ask for the password too, rarely remembers it.

It has become a problem now in July, didn't have a problem around the launch of Witcher 3. The last two weeks have been like this, unsure how it was in the beginning of the month though.

Would've been nice if this is getting resolved, it makes it a bit harder to use the service after all. :/
