As regards GWENT. Sorry; newbie here. Just had a scoia'tael player play a card from a Different Faction, namely Nilfgaard. (Dazhbog Runestone). Is this possible; and if so, how to create a 2 faction deck - excluding neutral.

Oh right, I like how you just assume!

Pretty sure there was no Nilfgaard in Teen Agent... my memory may be hazy though... :P

You must reverse the polarity of the neutron flow, and then jam a spork into your left ear.

Here, a link to the correct forum: https://forums.cdprojektred.com/index.php?forums/gwent.23/

Assuming it is indeed Gwent. I would not know as I do not play it.

Dazhbog didn't give me any hits, but Runestone Keeper seems like a strong possibility.

I only played the game a little bit, but doing a little research, he probably used a card called Aglaïs which lets him "Resurrect a Bronze or Silver special card from your opponent's graveyard, then Banish it."

So I'm assuming you had already played it and it was sitting in your graveyard, which lets him play this card to get it for himself.
There are a few card which allow you to RNG cards from all decks, in this case I assume he/she played Aguara: True Form.

Uma's Curse allows you to play one random gold card from any faction.
