This question / problem has been solved by Dawnsingerimage
que juego?
yum yum gonzales!

[I vaguely recall a Spanish forum existing, but then falling apart due to a lack of moderation, seeing as there's at least 3 distinct dialects that are called Spanish.]

[Given how rarely we see blues on this side of the forum and how it's often taken 6 months rather than 6 hours (optimal) to serve solutions to issues, I don't think the staff are in a position to moderate much outside their native lingua franca.]

(Original:) I don't own this game, but according to this thread (https://steamcommunity.com/app/978300/discussions/0/3038228835121795929/), you only need to add "-localize_language = es" to the client startup command. When not using Galaxy, just edit your games shortcut appropriately. Through Galaxy, it's in Game page->"little slider icon"->Manage installation->Configure->Features->[Checkbox]Launch parameters->Duplicate->(put -localize_language = es into "Arguments" of clone)->(check "Default executable" below the edited clone).

I think you're getting it mixed up with the Portuguese forum, which was created for the Brazilian market. It was shut down years ago and is archived here:

There are a lot of dialects in Portuguese, but they’re all intelligible with each other. The same goes for Spanish. The moderation challenges aren’t any bigger than in this English forum, where the most you'll come across is local slang from different places.
