I've been slowly migrating away from steam for a while, and one of the features I miss the most is being able to effectively remove games from the actual store listing. No matter what combination of search filters/sorting/etc. I use, the store listing is always saturated with titles I have zero interest in. This makes creating any sort of meaningful long-term wishlist a royal pain in the ass.

I want to give these people more money, but simply browsing the store is more obnoxious than it needs to be.

Would absolutely love if GoG implemented the feature! Especially the ability to permanently exclude certain developers/publishers or games made with a specific game engine. There are tags, but they are busted as...
besides many tags are missing anyway.

Not only that, but there's no way to make the site remember your excluded tags which makes you go throuigh that process every single time.
What's more, if GOG's devs can't be bothered to do all the work, don't worry: Reasonable community tagging efforts have existed for years and they seem to work fairly well if the moderators only check occasionally.
I would love this feature!

I already own GNOG, VVVVVV, and several other games on another store (not Steam) and without DRM, so it's not like I'll be purchasing them here. It would be nice to hide them here.

I too would like to see it. Searching and filtering on GOG was worse in the past, but there are still ways to improve things.

Heartstopper: I want to give these people more money, but simply browsing the store is more obnoxious than it needs to be.
I got quickly used to it and had to really jam with the website to get some decent games out of the search feature. I wasn't sure many people had a similar experience since everything advertised in big bold letters seems to be what people from here would buy.
You can filter games out with keywords in uBlock Origin.

You just need to be careful with the keywords.

For instance, I use the following, either because I own them in another version or because they are not suitable for me, or I simply don't like them.

Just adding my voice to the list of people who would like to see such a feature.

There are certain genres of games I will NEVER purchase, because I have zero interest in them. Any kind of game based off of a real world sport, for instance. I just don't care about soccer, football, baseball, whatever. I don't watch the actual sports, and have even less interest in a game based on them.

There are also many games that have come up in searches that initially looked interesting, but then after taking a closer look I've decided are not something I would ever actually play. It'd be nice if I could make those not come up in future searches, so I don't waste my time looking at them again if I've forgotten that I already rejected them. I would spend more time searching for new games if I didn't have to slog through all the ones I've already decided against.

We already have a wish list, how about a rejected list?
Yeah, an ignore function would be nice.
