i try get refund (three times!) and nothing happened, whats doing with the Support?

in the middle of a pandemic and just after a big sale you have no patience.

instead of awaiting a response on your initial ticket it sounds like you made three tickets - which would put you at the back of the line.

You need to wait for a response and stop making additional tickets. The team that does support is small and there is usually a wait period of one to two weeks. You're just going to have to wait.
