EDIT: also the code is no longer present in the email it was before? Nvidia must have code embedded to hide your code once it is redeemed?

Hmm, what were you talking about when you said "which I redeemed through Nvidia and GOG.com"? If I understand correctly, the code with the GPU is one that you enter on nvidia's site and they then give you a code for GOG? It sounds like you thought you'd successfully redeemed the code here, but I don't understand how you could do that without creating an account?

Did you create the account you're posting with after trying to redeem the code? Apologies if this isn't a helpful line of questioning, I'm just throwing out ideas.

I'm going through the same problem.
I signed up for an account, then I redeemed the code and the game went to my library.
I came back to pre-download it, but it completely disappeared from my library. I tried to redeem the code again, but it said the code has already been used. This is so frustrating.
