The first picture already says all. The files you downloaded are damaged. If you have just downloaded them something probably went wrong with the download. Download them again with a download manager. If you are using Firefox I recommend DownThemAll.

If you have downloaded these files in the past and the installer worked fine back then you might have a failing hard drive. In this case it would be a good idea to backup everything from that hard drive and exchange it as soon as possible.

Either way you will have to re-download the game since the installer files are damaged.
Sometimes (in my experience), when the file is splitted in many parts the problem can be generated by damaged RAM. But first check what Geralt said.

Could possibly be bad RAM, or a failed or failing SSD or HDD drive.
I have not played a witch for a long time. In the last part I did not like the logic of the game and the constant bugs associated with the RAM of my computer. Do you have the same problem? I switched to online games. I open in the browser . and play in non-complex games. I like that they are not complicated
