paladin181: You just have to respond and tell them if you want a refund to your original purchase method or to the store wallet. But you have to respond.
EDIT: Also, fair warning, they have a terrible backlog of tickets here and some people have reported queueing for a few months before being issued their refund.
Not any longer, no. All OP's got to do is click on refund to original payment method or wallet credit. There is still this automated message and OP can provide additional details if there really is something GOG should know. Since OP is living inside the Euro zone and the request has likely been made within 14 days after purchase, GOG has to refund to original payment or store credit no questions asked or additional details provided. All he or she's got to do is wait until the game is removed from the library, a surefire sign that GOG is processing the request, then wait for the transfer to take place. This can take anywhere from some days to 3 weeks tops. With one of my recent requests they wired the money, but never sent another email telling me about it, which they usually do.
Bottom line, OP should keep an eye on his library to check whether the game is still there, and also on his bank, pay pal or CC-account. If it takes longer than 3 weeks they should get in touch with one of the blues or open another ticket. Maybe they will immediately deal with it now that it's discussed here, thumbs crossed. ;)
