So I still have my GOG purchase of Duke Nukem 3D when it used to be sold here and I have it installed on my PC and I'm using the eDuke32 source port.

My question is this, I want to by the World Tour Edition just for the Alien World Tour campaign.

Will installing this steam version cause some kind of interference or error since I have my GOG version already installed and using eDuke32?

Nope has a sperate GRP, I've go both running separately on mine, it will be logged on eduke as Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition (WT).
