Having replayed both D1 and D2 (singleplayer) in the last year, I will also add that I enjoyed D1 way more, despite its flaws.

mqstout: Buy Grim Dawn + expansions anyway. First game finally better than D2 in most if not all aspects.
That would be Titan Quest.

But Grim Dawn is built on the same basis and is better than D2 too :P

@Fonzer

Every Blizzard game was like that, you are/were able to copy and paste game folder to another PC and upon the first launch of the game the needed registry entries would be created.

I would suggest to try some really nice mods if the vanillla version isn't for you.

There is so many so I'm going to write my favorite one:

Median XL - latest version launched yesterday.

I love me D1. D1 is better for a playthrough or two. It's got tighter play, hits harder, and better ambiance. D2 "plays more" though with more classes and significant distinction between them.

Grim Dawn sort of has the "chunkiness" of D1 (not quite as lethal, though), with the variety of... more than any other.
