I'm actually impressed with the OP.
Usually when he does this crap he lays in with some bullshit about how pirates are forced to pirate because of the way society treats us, and that we should look up to them.
My question is WHY you'd want to get them anyway?
Well, i have to say...

1) Since something is not sold in your region, supposedly, it is not piracy to "get" it (wild guess, interpretation varies).
2) Some people were actually requesting both a visual novel and a suggestion to a select few good ones; this site has quite a collection.
3) Not all are eroge; phantom of inferno for example is censored, both in "hotness" and real gun library.
4) Not Jack's fault, people; gog doesn't seem to either can or want, actually, to bring this genre here...
5) The downvoting was mild. Thanks for the consideration and for actually reading what i wrote, before proceeding to bash (figuratively talking).

That's all. Well. I know, i ain't perfect. But i always try to help. Legality is a valid issue, sure, but still, this stuff is not fully localized, copyrighted or distributed, yet... Just saying...

Oh yes, it's definitely copyrighted, I guarantee it.

Maybe, but even so, it falls right within the gray area of it not being commercially and readily available to many areas that would have a purchasing interest in some (or many) of them. This is a gray area, right there...

Yes, it is piracy. If the rights owner itself has not made the product available for free (either releasing it themselves or openly giving permission for someone else to freely distribute it) then procuring a copy of the product without purchasing it from an authorized vendor/reseller* is piracy, regardless of whether or not it is or is not available in your region. That also counts for out of print material.

*Of course buying a used product from a random Joe or Jill is a-okay, as long as it was legally purchased by them and isn't a copied/duplicated version that allows both you and the seller to own a copy.

There are numerous sites that legitimately sell VNs online (some even DRM-free). Sure not everything is offered and there is a noticeable lag (and neglect), but why on earth would you try and give exposure and recommendations with an illicit site first and foremost?

Nope, it isn't. There is nothing gray about it whatsoever. It's illegal, pure and simple.

Whether you personally, from a moral standpoint, consider it a "gray area" is 100% irrelevant. It is illegal, and so you do not link to it on this forum. End of story.
