For future reference, I highly, HIGHLY recommend starting to migrate toward using a password manager. Not only would it help prevent issues like this in the future but it'd also allow you to generate unique, randomized passwords for each one of your accounts without having to remember them all.

i got email and they told me my information is insufficient.
i play GWENT everyday by lanuch on STEAM but last night i logout for check what is email i used and yeah i forgot my password,i try to reset but my email had blocked.it's very old ID i can't remember information when account creation or anything
