And i want to publish this game to gog or steam but how i can do that?

Steam you'd probably have to go through Greenlight and get people to vote for the game.

Note that you need to pay a one time fee to start submitting games to Greenlight.

On GOG it might be hard to get your game published as they only bother with indies that show real promise, you can submit your game here
On Steam you need to greenlight your game, look here.
Keep in mind that it costs $100 for the developer account.
Your best bet imho is itch.io. It's free and they accept pretty much everything.

Its great you have created a game. I would suggest before contacting stores to get your friends to play it and give you feedback. Then create a website with a demo of the game to get the wider audiences opinion and testing. Then goto the stage of contacting stores.

Since you're presumably inexperienced and I assume this is your first game, don't get your hopes up of your game appearing on Steam or GOG. However, you can try itch.io since anybody can publish their game on that service.
