I can't redeem a code, when I enter it and hit the button I don't get anything, no option, nothing. I don't know if I have the wrong code, instant gaming does not respond

Try another Internet browser. GOG always shows info if the key is invalid or was already redeemed.

Seems the most likely problem. Most of the site for me is unusable most of the time, along with you have to do the google captcha to continue...

gog codes are pretty much only available from gog (a few retail discs and humble purchases notwithstanding).

your issue is buying from such a site.

go there. report your issue there.
