I get this whenever I try to download my game via the browser:

{
"error": "invalid_licence",
"error_description": "User #1234 does not have the license for product #5678."
}

The game in question is steam world quest

I can't even install using galaxy, nor download the files through the launcher!

If no one else is having this issue, then I'll wait 'til tomorrow and get a refund as I don't want to waste my time with back and forth for an issue that no one else is having, that may, or not, have a solution.

EDIT: Whelp, my game just downloaded/installed… damnedest thing…

Apparently this bug is pretty common rcently. Solution is to wait a few minutes ... it seems as if the syncing simply does not happen immediately. One more construction site on GOG ... yay?

Thanks for the info, yeah, I'm glad that it's not an isolated instance only pertaining to my system at least.

Last weekend I experienced the same issue. Waited a few minutes, restarted the client and suddenly everything worked as intended. I mean, we GOGers know how to be patient ... we are used to wait for updates for months and longer ;)

I may as well be a doctor, what, with all the patience I have! x^D There's a reason why my GoG collection far exceeds my Steam collection by a few Km!
