So after the release of Cyberpunk 2077 , which I had a pre-order copy in my library bought through gog, I wanted to play it.
Hence I visited the website , the auto fill in did it's thing and volla it was an incorrect password. Tried to change it and website showed me that the user with this ema didn't exist. So I tried to create a new account with the same email and I already existed in there database with that email. Facebook login should an error and didn't let me through.
The email refered here is my game email :- anmolbakshi199@gmail.com
I only had Cyberpunk 2077 pre order edition.

One more thing is that I tried every step that is listed on gog.com for this issue but nothing worked out.
Support isn't responding , due to covid and recent release of Cyberpunk I guess.

I'm also having the same issue.
I mistyped @gmail so I changed the email but like after 30min, I got disconnected and when I tried to log back in, it told me : user not found.
I guess it auto changed back to the first email.
Now I can't log in.

Don't know if ponczo_ accepts friend requests. Just in case: It's your own PMs that are closed - you can fix this by going to https://www.gog.com/account/settings/privacy and setting "Allow chat messages from" to "everyone". After that, you should be able to send him a PM.

Ye, true . But I had logged in into my account on multiple occasions but after not logging in into account for half a month ,I think there must have been an error. Sorry to everyone for not replying , I was sick.

You need to
1. Open a support ticket, if you haven't already.
2. Change your privacy settings to allow chat messages from everyone.
3. Send ponczo_ a polite message with your support ticket number. Bear in it's the weekend and you probably won't get a response until Monday at the earliest.
