I'm trying to contact GOG support about one of the games I ordered. Specifically, I would like to convert a game into a gift code because I changed my mind about it. It's really not my type of game anymore.
However, there is a misleading "I'm not a robot" checkbox that pretends to be selectable.
I select the checkbox then a picture is shown as a grid of pieces. Unfortunately, it's not a sliding puzzle game, otherwise I'm sure I could solve it. Instead, some of the pieces of the picture are supposed to be selected based on a category or type of object somewhere in the picture. I believe an example is given at the top, but none of the pieces look exactly like the example.
I've tried guessing but somehow I keep doing it wrong, and then it shows a new picture and requirement. I've tried skipping the pictures to find one I can do with confidence, but I think I've lost all confidence in myself with this. A jigsaw puzzle would be easier.
There is another option for audio instead of a picture. I can not tell what is being said. I've skipped and tried several audio segments. I'm not sure if any of the audio segments are even in English of any type, and I know no other languages. At least, I thought I knew English, nothing is recognizable. Maybe it's spoken backwards?
So, I'm posting a screen shot of the current picture in hopes of having the community help out. I'm not absolutely certain there are any non-robots on this forum, as apparently I'm not a non-robot either. However, maybe there will be?
If anyone else would like similar help, then feel free to post your screenshot of the picture pieces in hopes of receiving helpful replies. There might be a time limit for responding to the picture pieces, so I might need to try again later and post another screen shot. I've attached the current one: "not-a-robot_cars.jpg".
EDIT:
Finally got an easy one with three crosswalks and no extra questions. Support was real quick, and it's now resolved. Good luck to anyone else.
