Who hasnt got most of Paradoxes games?. they are all perpetually one sale somewhere... sometime...

Only Warlok and maybe Europa Universalis tempt me slightly if they will be included. Mostly out of curiosity, as I already have the Paradox titles I'm actually interested in (and a lot more I'm not interested in).

will have to wait and see what's in the normal bundle. I am not a big fan of strategy, nor multiplayer, so only a few Paradox games are interesting.

Mobygames lists like 136 or so games for them, not sure if there are even more by different "Paradox" names.

Anyways, I think the only Paradox game I have is Cities in Motion, and only because GamersGate offered it as a freebie at some point.

I have none of the other games, possibly because they are so GamersGate/Steam reliant, but also I guess I'd find all the grand strategy games too overwhelming, and possibly boring. But if HB offers them for a buck or two, maybe I will get them.

I wouldn't say they are steam reliant. From what I've read, even EU4 can be run without steam running. I do think most of the newer titles require steam to download though. I have a DRM free copy of CK1 Complete on Amazon though, so it I'd possible to find DRM free copies of the older titles.

They used to be. The newer titles seem to require steam in some shape or form...

I'm not sure about EU IV, but I think that the Steam version of CK II is DRM-free, isn't it?

That's the thing I love about GOG, I don't have to guess and ask others around what kind of, if any, DRM the game has. I know the answer already without searching. :)

Maybe GOG should try to release all the DRM-free Paradox games?

They found out that being DRM free was not as lucrative as being on Steam... there were some posts and commotion about it at the time it happened. Was it when Crusader Kings came out ? (I do not remember the game, it was one of the strategy one, maybe one part of a series) and they found out that DRM free was about 5% of the sales and Steam 95%. It was not cost efficient enough for them to make DRM free builds, and they decided to focus more on Steam only.

Crusdader Kings 2 is drm-free on gamersgate, it's the only latest release I remember which was still drm-free.

It could be related to so many other things, like if their DRM-free was delivered through POS GamersGate (which is only "kinda DRM-free" anyway, ie. by default requires online authentication anyway during installation). Too bad they didn't release it in GOG instead.

Still... it is interesting in itself. And they have their own store also now, which they could do it through.

The store still seems to have his hick-ups. It did take a few days till I got my steam-key from there. Direct steam would be faster, but I thought that if I buy it direct there it is nicer for them.
